It's a serene beautifully decorated environment. It's size is not overwhelmingly large where you get lost in its quarters, walls, or maze of travels to just find your room again. Making it possible for more personable interactions with staff properly trained in the art of true customer service & warmth. The spa, with a delicate touch, warm & inviting, to keep you coming back to experience all services offered. And it's appearance, I must say, is just adorable! And photo "booth" for added fun!

The entire staff, from valet to owner(s) are first class.
Rooms are spotless, shower size is generous and staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is very comfortable. Has a very good gym, pool and Jacuzzi. Hotel ia located on a side street near downtown and architecturally is very attractive.
The restaurant, A/C/3 is well above average as well. Friendly staff and the food is excellent. 
This is the ONLY hotel to stay in, in Palm Desert/Palm Springs area.

Dinner at AC3 is the best food in town. My husband had the schnitzel with roared broccoli and loved it even though he's not a fan of broccoli.  We like the service we get from Sarah.  Very attentive and remembers how we like our drinks.  Can't wait to return.

This is a great hotel.  It's amazing how beautiful it is.  And they have one room that's actually an Airstream travel trailer. It's a great place for corporate meetings

We had a great stay here. Love the out door space, wish the pool was larger. The room was very clean with great sheets and robes.
