If you are concerned about hotel/motel semantics, be sure to review pictures prior to your visit. This is a nicely renovated motel with modern styled rooms. The bathroom had a great square waterfall shower head. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast vouchers are a nice touch, and the restaurant offers generous portion sizes for a very reasonable price. I would recommend the king suite to any couple staying for a concert at Royal Oak Theater, only about a 15 minute walk through a vibrant shopping district.

Who doesn't remember the great park outside your door motor inns? Hip , VERY clean , renovated classic motor inn. With updated new classic decor to match. Attentive friendly front desk. Comfort from bed to bath. Breakfast options next door were very good. I recommend The H signature king room. Good coffee in lobby.

We stayed in the upgraded king suite. The mattress was soft, the sheets were comfy, and they were able to get our room ready early. It's a remodeled motel so there are a couple things that they left alone that they probably should have upgraded, but overall the room was very nice and we had everything we needed.

This "hotel" is not a true hotel, but it is a renovated motel. Based our our experience, it is nice and clean and has a contemporary look within the rooms. Please be forewarned...the mattresses will be firm (which I like), so if you like a plush mattress, this place is not for you. They do give you a small credit ($2 towards a meal or a free small breakfast) at a restaurant that is about 2 buildings down. It is cheap, so if you are expecting a free breakfast, you won't get it. But the breakfast prices were cheap and the meal was generous. Overall a good experience and I would come back again.

All of the furniture was nice. The receptionist, Amy, was very nice. She made me feel welcomed. The only turn off to this "hotel" was that we found a brown bug in the corner, and two more under the bed. Amy was very understanding about that and she said she would have someone look into that. She put us in another room, but we were in discomfort because of the bugs, we left with no refund. This "hotel" has a motel set up, having entered the rooms from outside. I just really hated I wanted my money like this. 💔
