I wanted to rate these apartments a 0. However, the rating has to be atleast a 1. This place is not safe. They take over six months to fix anything. I recently needed my locks changed for security reasons and called it in as an emergency. I'm still waiting on my locks to be changed and will probably need to change them myself. I have several holes in my walls due to door catchers being broke and they have yet to come out and fix it. This place has one maintenance person on staff which probably explains why it takes long for things to get accomplished. Everytime I go to the front office he is in the office instead of being out fixing things. When I moved in they said they're was 24 hours courtesy patrol. When I had a noise complaint with a neighbor the number prompted me to leave a voicemail. They said they would get with me as soon as possible. However, they still have yet to call back. My rent is paid every month, on time, before the fifth so I am not understanding why things can't be done. I was thinking about fixing things on my own and deducting it from my rent. A lawyer advised me that it would be perfectly legal if I were to have receipts. However, I don't want to have to go through all of that. This place doesn't care about the community of tenants. It claims to have great amenities as well but everything is always broken. The washers/dryers have alreast five that are always broken. The lights around the apartment are always off so gettin into your apartment safety at night is always a challenge. The pool was open for a short time during the summer then it closed early. It wasn't open at all during the spring. One time a draw in the kitchen broke and I called the office for maintence. I explained it was an emergency because my son kept playing with it. They informed me I should take it off and put it up because it isn't an emergency. One time the lights upstairs went out. However, everything downstairs worked. Again, they informed me it wasn't an emergency and they would get to it when they got to it. Save yourself, do not move here unless you have no choice. The rent is cheap but the service is poor.

I would never rate this place high. They take 8mos. to a yr. to fix things. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm still waiting for the hole over my refrigerator to get fixed. As I'm writing this, water is dripping. I have to put buckets on top of my refrigerator. They took 9 mos. to fix my A.C...But they always want their Rent on time. (I should seek legal action)
