Hotel has a modern style very nice decor..my room was nicely designed.. Loved the bathroom.. My bed was so comfortable.. There's a few stores and restaurants in the area..Walmart nearby was a plus..breakfast was good..staff was professional and helpful.. The only thing was our room towards the back had a train passing by It was unexpected however it would pass by quick so wasn't too annoying

The rooms were amazingly clean with the exception that my room smelled like stale smoke (despite it being a non smoking hotel). The rooms on the back side of the hotel have the best views overlooking a stream but there is a commuter train that runs right behind the hotel...i mean right behind it. It usually doesn't last more than a few seconds but it comes through quite frequently. About 4-5 times in the 3 hours I was in my room between 6 and 9 pm. If you can live with that then you're fine. The front desk staff is very young so it feels somewhat immature at times. They are never rude it just feels like any time i walk past or ask a question im interrupting their private conversations. This hotel is definitely designed for a younger clientele.

They put a $450 hold on my debit card when I checked in, and I paid for my room with a different card when I checked out. They wouldn't take the hold off of my original card even though they said they would when I called them (I called at least 3 times). I was told to wait a few days, but it was not taken off. I then called my bank and they said that a 20 day hold had been put on the card, which nobody at the hotel seemed to know about. After the 20 day period was over, the money was (finally) put back on my card. In addition, they charged my dad for a room he didn't even stay in. He wanted to move to a different room and cancel the first one, and the people at the front desk said that this was ok. He later got a bill charging him for the first room that he had cancelled because he didn't give them 24 hours' notice, but the person at the front desk didn't tell him that this was their policy; they should have told him this, or else he obviously wouldn't have switched rooms. The fruit in the lobby was also rotten. Although the hotel and rooms themselves were nice, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; the staff seemed incompetent and definitely lacking in customer service skills, and their policies seem shady and greedy.

Appetizers and drinks at the bar were amazing. The staff were extremely organized, clean and friendly. The food was delicious and fresh as well as the cocktails. Very professional staff from the hotel entrance to the restaurant. The waterfall is beautiful and gives you another feast for your eyes.

Outstanding! The rooftop was my absolute favorite. Sunbathing and playing pool, chess and ping pong. What a great place, great staff, and so much potential.
