Story

Conveniently located in the heart of Norwalk, minutes from I-95 and Metro North, the Norwalk Inn welcomes business travelers, families, out-of-town friends, romantic couples and extended stay guests to enjoy our spacious accommodations, first class amenities and hometown hospitality. Guests are treated to a complimentary full breakfast in our Adam's Rib Restaurant where lunch and dinner are also served daily. An Innkeeper's reception with hors' devours is held every afternoon. Room amenities include wireless Internet, 80 channel cable TV, Keurig coffee makers, ironing boards, hair dryers. Our property offers a Nautilus fitness center & sauna, outdoor pool, 24 hour laundry - all the comforts and services you need for your home away from home.

The Inn offers over 4,000 square feet of flexible conference space to accommodate any of your meeting needs. It's the perfect location for celebrations of all kinds. Our onsite wedding planner is available to work with couples to make their day truly memorable.

I held my wedding here so if you're looking to hold your wedding there, make sure you read this!!  The planner that I worked with, Ingrid, was absolutely wonderful.  She answered every question and worked with me day and night to make sure everything for the big day would go smoothly.  NOW, the actual day.  Ingrid works during the week so her counterpart, a tiny man with slicked back black hair, was the RUDEST man.  My father bought these beautiful handmade champagne glasses from another country for my husband and I to toast to.  This man offered to wash them, BROKE them, then claimed it wasn't his fault because "they were hot."  I kid you not, that's what he said.  When I confronted him he wouldn't even apologize.  Also, with about an hour left, the power went out.  Honestly, it wasn't a big deal.   We had a small wedding so most people were leaving at that time anyway but AGAIN, this "manager" came YELLING at our DJ, who has done multiple weddings there, turning something that wasn't that big of a deal into a scene.  If you see this manager anywhere near your wedding, RUN.  I want to say his name was Jimmy but I could be wrong.  Our day would have been perfect if not for him.  On the plus side, our food was delicious, people still compliment me on it, and the staff was very attentive.  Our honeymoon suite that you get for the night when you have your wedding there was a spacious, comfy, and updated room.  If it wasn't for the horrible manager I would have given this review 4 stars but I just couldn't get past how bad he was, it is something that I will never forget and that man honestly does not deserve that job with the way he acts.  You can tell he made the staff nervous as well so it was clear that I wasn't the first person he's upset.  Make sure if you have your wedding there to request this man NOT be there, and your day will be wonderful!

The food is AMAZING. I came for a birthday dinner and I enjoyed everything. I'm a picky eater and i ate the whole plate. I'm definitely coming back again.

Quaint inn. I am big on customer service which is why they didn't get 5 stars. The bar staff was really nice. When it was time for me to check out ,I stood in front of the front desk staff for about 10 mins. The guy completely ignored me. He was staring at the telephone.  Another couple on the other side of the front desk was checking out as well,  they were making their way to the front desk and he immediately checked them out. I stood there the entire time he checked them out and it wasn't until after he finished their paperwork that he made his way to me to see if I needed assistance

A very cozy quaint hotel, ideal for a stay away from the city. Very close to historical districts, museums, and the aquarium. Service is good and gives that personal touch

Great deals on room. Breakfast times and whether or not they were included in the stay we're not communicated amazingly well.
