Excellent wings and food overall in a unique venue with great service… second time I’ve been here after trying with some friends. Tried both the traditional wings and now the boneless - both were good. The boneless are solid chunks of chicken I’ve not had anywhere else like this usually fried or like nuggets. The cheese fries are good too more than what is shown in the picture as some were already eaten. Recommend it.
We finally tried the Coltrane Hott Wings last night because Eddie’s pickle wings are our absolute favorite. With that being said, we won’t be back. We had to ask for several extra glasses of ice for our drinks, we weren’t told the garlic parm fries were basically soaked in vinegar, the hott wing sauce was really unpleasant and the condensation from the air conditioner kept dripping down all over our table and into my kids’ food and drinks. You can verify this as I left a note on my ticket after waiting for a manager and never getting one. We always get stellar service at Eddie’s and we live in the neighborhood so it’s easy to walk to, but if you’re going to make a new restaurant next door, hold it to the same caliber. Our waitress was unenthusiastic, didn’t make suggestions, and dropped the ticket without even asking if we wanted dessert. My kids wanted to try the fried ice cream but we went ahead and had dessert down the street. I waited tables for over a decade and the service was less than sub-par and I’d be having a talk with my staff about customer service, up-selling and making sure patrons are taken care of and enjoying their meal. The pickle wings were delicious as ever, but the rest of our $70 meal one adult & two kids was lack luster. Also, if a kid orders a Shirley temple…they want the cherries. It’s a staple. Mine got a dabble of grenadine, no cherries. Maybe let the bartender or wait staff know.
Our search for the best wings in OKC is over. We've found them at Hott Wings. Great, meaty wings. Good sizes they even give you enough ranch/blue cheese!. We love the grilled style and their great flavors. Shown below is buffalo and the chipotle dry rub. The Asian-sweet sauces was also a good choice. Add friendly service in a cool venue and you have Hott Wings!
It is very difficult to find a place with tasty chicken wings, esp. in Oklahoma. But, this place was good. Chicken wings were great. The only thing I did not like about the place is that they were short of servers. There was only one server and the service was not good! If you go there, I recommend trying Face Ripper Sauce! Hott and tasty! Teriyaki sauce is good as well.
The Best Wings on earth plus not to mention the incredible staff. My experience was great and a young man bought our food as a friendly gesture. We left money to pay it forward!
The spicy hummus was a delicious appetizer! If you are looking for a nice drink, the Adult Capri Sun is a good choice, and the wings aren't bad either. All around pretty good place in a new location. I'll be trying the wedge on my next trip!
The atmosphere makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time at this establishment. The staff is always very attentive and the food is phenomenal. Pickle Wings, "T's Special" Wings and Parm. Fries.
The servers/bartenders are all attentive and knowledgeable. The menu pricing has changed since the last picture, so I'm going to include the new menu. I got a pound boneless half Eddie's Sauce and Half Mango Habanero. The Eddie's Sauce had a decent, subtle flavor. For a BBQ sauce, it wasn't overpowering. The Mango Habanero though, was not overpowering enough. It was more mango than habanero. The flavor was really good, but I was hoping for more spice. Habanero is one of the spiciest common peppers, so I was hoping for a bit of pain. The whole pound was a little pricey, as I was looking for a $ restaurant instead of a $$ restaurant. I'd still bring a date here, as the atmosphere is really nice and cozy.
2lbs of Nashville hot and 1lb of Bourbon Barrel traditional wings with a side of cheese fries.
