For at least the last four times thar I have ordered I noticed that Tieler was the person preparing my order. In addition to giving him credit for be a hardworking person, he made my last pizzas to absolute perfection. Thank you.
Literally the worst pizzas I have ever seen! I'm not sure who to blame more, my family for accepting this or the workers for even sending this out. This barely resembles pizza! There's no way one of the workers saw this and thought it was okay to send out. Just look at them. The pizza looks diseased! The mice won't eat these. The rats won't eat these. A zombie who's missing pizza wouldn't eat these! They were barely touched because they look worse than one of those Totino's Party Pizzas. Disgusting! Domino's? More like DomiNO! Little Caesar's does a better job than this.
Pretty sure whoever answered the phone doesn't like his job. Pizza wasn't cut all the way across and the hot wings were cold and barely sauced. Oh, and not one single ranch cup. Maybe I'm just imagining it but I thought ya get at least one dipping sauce with an order of 8 wings. Delivery driver was cool though. Sweet Camaro bro.
These people are the worst. $65.00 in Pizza and bread. Driver shows up with incorrect drink, said they were out of what we ordered and this would have to do. No sauces delivered, paid for extra, Ordered extra cheese, barely any at all. Both pizzas were cut into squares and piled in the middle of the box. It was supposed to be pie cut on both. We called no less than 5 times, put on extended hold and when they did answer wouldn't listen to anything we said. "Chris" the manager hung up on us 3 times. I will NEVER spend another penny in there and have removed them from our company's option to order.
If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Made an order on a Friday night, 45 minutes went by and my order was cancelled and called the store, no one would ever answer. My card was charged twice. Now I have to wait to see if my money will be returned to my account. I see why their ratings are so low. There’s many other pizza places in Edmond. Take your business elsewhere.
We order from here often. They are consistent, quick, and always super hot and very good. Haven’t been disappointed. Best domino’s ever.
Visited this place on 30Aug2020 evening. We have ordered chicken Wings and medium veggie 2 toppings pizza. The taste is good. The advantage of this place is Crubside pickup. We have parked car Infront of the store with hazard lights and sent message from dominos app that “we are here”. One person came and handover the pizza. We enjoyed the pizza and spent good time with family. Workers are wearing face masks. I felt good about it.
So I decided because it had been a long day to order some @dominos . I had two free pizza with of points that I decided to cash in, plus two additional, so I placed the order at 5:50p and the app showed it left with my driver at 6:05p. The driver didn't arrive with the pizza until 6:50p, the pizza was cold and looked like it had been dropped. I tried to call the pizza place for help on this and the phone rang for two minutes before disconnecting... Repeatedly. After attempting for almost 20 minutes I decided to take to social media. Really Domino's.... WTH?!?!?! #dominos #dominospizza #dominossucks #customerservicefail
Normally everything is good but this time not so much. I ordered a pizza and a sandwich when I got there it was ready and luckily the manager checked it and found that the sandwich had been made wrong and told the kids to redo it. In my opinion if the kids over there working which spend more time concentrating on the jobs instead of talking and messing around probably never would’ve happened in the first place. It was the first time I ever got a sandwich from there and I don’t know if they’re always this way but I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and when I got home there were literally five or six little slivers of roast beef on the sandwich maybe the size of a half dollar at the most. Like I said this was my first time getting a sandwich maybe they’re always that way but I won’t ever get another one
-Update- 11.7.22 Deliveries are excellent when placed online and with tip included. Have not called the store since the last horrible phone experience. -Update- 8.31.22 Since my last review I have been ordering pizzas constantly from this location and tipping 10 to $15 per order even if it's only one medium pizza. They take care of me when the order has a large tip and they've been very friendly however today I called up there to see if they could help send the order to more than one location and they ignored me placing me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I called back and spoke to the manager who just said sorry excuse Excuse excuse probably this probably that and then have a nice night. It's pretty sad. December 27th 2021 - answered the phone but said 2 hours delivery wait. Called another dominoes 3 miles away from my house. They are unable to deliver on the other dominoes territory or they will "loose insurance coverage" this seems silly and ridiculous. November 2021- Does not answer the phone during bussiness hours to take orders
