Food was made with no taste what so ever. Steak was just a piece of meat, nothing more. Food is way overpriced for what you get on your plate. If you want a good steak or scallops I would advise you to pick another restaurant. Good luck

Do not go here if you are hungry. Portion size is small. I had the grilled salmon and mashed potatoes with a side of roasted asparagus. The salmon was tiny (5 oz), 6 of the thinnest asparagus sprigs ever. And i paid $15.95. Mashed portion potatoes good. My husband had the cod dinner. Very small portion of fish, 1 piece, on top of small amount of coleslaw. Nice portion of fries. I think his was $12.95. All food tasted good, but we'd never go back because of the portion size.

Friendly staff.  Busy on the weekends but they usually seat us within the quoted wait time.  We love the food as they offer several healthy dishes which I prefer and plenty of other options for the rest of the family.

Staff was very friendly. I went on a Thursday evening and it was not overly crowded. They are currently running a very affordable special where you can get an appetizer, main dish and dessert. I ordered spinach dip as my appetizer, 5oz sirloin with asparagus and mashed potatoes as the main course and creme brulee as my desert. The spinach dip was creamy with plenty of spinach and the chips served with it were warm and fresh. My steak was cooked perfectly medium as I had asked and the asparagus was absolutely delicious. The creme brulee I was trying for the first time and I have to say it is a desert I am not a fan of but the presentation of it was very nice. The portions were decent and not overwhelming but I still left more than full. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. There was a gentleman going around to the tables that had children and was making amazing balloon figures from turtles to aliens and he was quite good. He was also performing magic tricks for them. This is the third time I have been to Houlihans but the first time for dinner. All three times have been great experiences and the food was delicious. Thank you Houlihans for an enjoyable time!

We enjoy ordering several appetizers and tapas dishes and splitting them. Always an interesting but not too weird menu, for something a little adventurous without going too wild.
