Great food. Solid drinks. My only complaint is that my girlfriend and I felt a little rushed. We were looking for a relaxing late lunch after a day of extensive shopping, but got the feeling the bartender wanted us out quick. I had full intentions of ordering a 2nd drink after my meal, which I still did end up doing, but he had already printed our check and moved on focus elsewhere as opposed to asking if we would like one(a drink) or after meal treat. Other than that he was very nice and spot on with our orders.

Was very explicit about my son's serious egg allergy. Asked for a plain Cheeseburger which was deemed okay from the allergen menu. Was told they would flag his meal with his allergies. Sandwich came out of the kitchen with mayo which has egg in it. Server mumbled something about the awful kitchen. Took 15 minutes to replace his food. Much too long. No apology. No comp. 

Other than the above everything else was acceptable. Food was what one would expect at a mall sit down restaurant. Doesn't matter though. We were not able to enjoy our meal wondering what else the awful kitchen had in store for us.

Burgers we're very good.  French fries was very sparse. Service was great!

Everyone got burgers, very tasty-cooked to order sandwiches. Huge selection....Waitress Molly was great !!! Hostess and kitchen pretty slow getting a seat and cooking, no big deal for us. I could see it becoming a problem for someone with limited time.

Food and service was great but the burgers are definitely smaller than advertised.
