I needed flowers for a funeral in fairly short notice and the owner worked with me to make a beautiful arrangement from what she had in stock. She also called me to let me know the flowers had been delivered. Very pleased.

Over all we were very happy with our Wedding arrangements. They were excellent at helping me find the perfect colors, flowers, and center pieces for the reception, and even helped us find unique thistles for our theme! Plus they were very good at remaining within our price range, and stayed ahead of our short time frame. My bouquet and bridesmaid's flowers turned out more perfect than I originally pictured them.

I ORDERED $500 OF FLOWERS FOR MY WEDDING. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR MY BRIDESMAIDS TO HAVE BOUQUETS TO MATCH MINE. THEY DID NOT MATCH AT ALL. THEY EVEN ADDED DAISEYS IN THE BOUQUETS WEHN MY FLOWERS FOR THE WEDDING WERE ROSES. RIDICULOUS! AND WE WERE ALSO MISSING ONE BOUTONNIERE. AND OUR ROSE COLOR WAS WAY OFF FROM WHAT HE SAID I WAS GETTING. I DEPENDED ON HOUSE OF FLOWERS FOR THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF MY LIFE AND I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED. WE HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THEM AND THEY DENIED EVERYTHING.

Ordered flowers for my wife 50 bucks total. Delivery and container. I happened to be home when they delivered what a shock! I counted 11 small carnations, 3 mums, and 2 roses. In a container the size of a mason jar. The flowers looked half dead. Called up and they told me it was 5 a rose and 2 a bud for others. For that much the flowers better be damn good. But they were half dead. Go to albertsons because its not worth the anger after you get your order.
