I don’t like giving bad reviews. I like to support the local business, but when it comes to food and the taste I am very strict about it. I am Korean so I usually don’t have high expectations on service, but when I am at a restaurant I expect the food to taste good. That’s it. Not a lot to ask, right?

This place was our go to place for Chinese food, but recently the food did not taste like what we were used to. We just thought the chef was having a bad day or was on vacation. So we came back another time hoping the chef was back. But still the food wasn’t what we remembered. It wasn’t too salty, but actually it had NO FLAVOR! We complained the second time that happened and the server told us there’s nothing wrong with the food. I was like, “Seriously? Are you calling us a liar? We’ve been coming here since it opened and ordered the SAME FOOD EVERY SINGLE TIME!” Since the server realized that I was pretty upset that she took the dish and said that they’ll flavor it some more. She came back with the food not tasting ANY better than before. I am not a professional cook, but I thought “I COULD do better than THIS!” We just gave up complaining overall and just decided NOT to come anymore.

My cousin had hold me that she got food poisoning from this place a few weeks ago! Yikes! Seriously? I totally forgot to tell her NOT to go to this place. I’m writing this review to make sure NO ONE ELSE goes through the tragedy of tasting their food or get food poisoning! Stay away!

I would recommend going to Peking Gourmet in Garden Grove or Panda Inn in La Palma for Chinese Food.
