Went late night, got a double jumbo Jack, patties were dried out and cold. Tacos were fine, fries good......will not be back !!

I just had the worse experience at this location. Basically, ordered through drive-through during my lunch. Got to work, realized part of my order was missing, called right way but since I was at work I couldn't go back right away. They said it was ok I can go back anther day and get what I needed. I went back but they couldn't give me what I wanted or my money back because the manager wasn't there. The woman in charge that was managing was "Susana" and she was NO help at all and had the worse customer service. What kind of Manager can't help a customer resolved an issue that was done on their behalf. Smh Ao i left the restaurant without food or money that i had already paid 😡.

Yeah, so if you like the taste and can muscle through the oil they use on the tacos still, despite raising the price on those surprisingly, sometimes it's worth it, especially if you have a freebie coupon or something.  It's Jack.  What else do you expect?  It's decent...

Worst Jacks ever. Terrible customer service. I order a chocolate shake and they gave me a vanilla one with chocolate clumped at the bottom of it, I tried to tell the lady but she walked away and was talking and laughing with fellow employees in the back. After waiting for 2 mins yelling excuse me I left and I'm never going back.
