The most unique pho experience in SoCal is now serving!

Story

Born into a family with a long history of
traditional Pho restaurants, I am blessed with
both Northern style Pho from my dad's side
and Southern style Pho from my mom's side.
From sunrise to sundown, eating Pho anytime
of the day was a huge part of my childhood
and has followed me to the present. I still
remember the old street corners that led me
to the small bar where my uncle would scream
out my name from afar. He would cook in front
of me, talk to me about life and teach me important lessons about food, especially his Pho.

My vivid memory of the concrete walls, the
brick house, communal table, mason jars filled with tea, and especially his mini noodle bar where people would sit around and chat with him, became my inspiration. Before he passed away in 2010, I promised him that I would keep his recipes alive and well.

Finally, an original 1963 Pho house
establishment brought back to life,
right here in Buena Park, California.
