The food is great! I get their garlic and lemon pepper wings mixed together and it is so good! I like my wings crispy ( this means deep fried a little longer) and the sauces make them taste awesome! Best Big Burger and fries for the price! Side salad is a nice size and fresh ingredients!

Horrible customer service when I tried to place an order. I was going to try them out  for the first time. The worker on the other end of the line was so rude. He  would not answer a simple question of,(What kind of bread was used for  the Beef Philly sandwich ?)He  then proceeded to get an attitude with me. I changed my mind about ordering. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. What kind of establishment cant service their customer with a basic request!!!

My sister and I just left wing factory to order us a night time meal. the customer service was horrible , The man at the register was so impatient and got upset that my sister would not order fast enough for him to answer the telephone.  Little did he know my sister has a disability and she’s also pregnant.  I will never eat at this place again in my life.I never wrote  a review about a restaurant, store, or anything but I am so upset and disappointed at this place that I just want everyone to know how horrible it is with the customer service.

Nice folks and friendly service. We had the wings which were great.  But the sandwiches were just OK. They seemed to be made with pre-packaged cold cuts from the Oscar Meyer..
