I love this office! Very nice employees and my son was very comfortable. Would recommend to everyone!

I drive over an hour to get to this office, with my wife. The service is excellent. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra step to make sure that you understand what is being done and that you are at ease.

I have had oral surgery, with little or no discomfort. I have also had a crown done, due to a broken tooth and was comfortable during the entire experience. And my regularly scheduled cleanings have been a pleasure, even urging me to better my care of what will be my only real set during this life.

My wife would agree:

When your teeth have you feeling low
And you don't know where to go,
The place to DIAL
Is Transitional Smile.

What a disgusting and filthy office.  The staff and doctors literally stink like they are afraid to shower. My kid has Medicaid and we found multiple other Oral Surgeons close by who accept Medicaid.  They told us that their doctor is the only one for 200 miles!   Liars! There are lots of good ones out there we found who don't treat people like cattle. Steer clear of this office.  So rude and unprofessional.

Ina Shvar-in response to your review, if you came in 4 months ago looking for services with Medicaid insurance then you would have found out that we don't take Medicaid insurance in the office.  I'm sorry that you felt the office was not up to your standards but from the description you gave, obviously you were in another office.

Please don't judge our office based on these comments.  The day that these patients came in were our Medicaid days, which we dedicate 2 days a week for oral surgeries only.  Dr.Crosby is the only Medicaid oral surgeon in a 200 mile radius.  Therefore, these days are usually very busy.  We set up consultations but Dr.Crosby tries her best to help patients who are in pain and perform surgeries that same day.  Unfortunately, people don't understand that this is our first time seeing them and there is a wait involved.  Sorry that we may take a while but we are trying to help so many people at the same time.  There is always a waiting time at any office, especially when the doctor is in high demand.  Thank you.
