Dr. Pare is very professional. I have always had a positive experience - she and her team are very knowledgeable & kind. She provides clear explanations of what she sees with risks and benefits. Her work is highly skilled, focused and thorough.I highly recommend Dr. Pare.

I will post something daily until we receive our money/refund.   We paid in good faith and the services rendered were not in good faith.  It's like going to a shady car mechanic and going in for an oil change - letting them under the hood to check and between them changing the oil, they loosened a few other bolts and screws.  The service personnel was very nice and charismatic, hoping when the engine fall out you come running to him - knowing he set the engine break down motion.   Do not insult my intelligence. .. enough is enough.

Terrible.  They told my husband he needed 3 crowns (and we go every 6 months but this is the first time in this office) so he got suspicious and went to another dentist who said he did not need them.  After that I went to my appointment for a cleaning and was supposed to see the dentist after the cleaning.  I called the office and told them to cancel the appointment with the dentist after my husband's experience.  After my cleaning she told me the dentist would be in.  I told her I cancelled that appointment and it felt like I was being bullied into seeing the dentist so I had to get assertive.  I also tried to get whitening gel, for my trays, and was told not until I see the dentist (blackmail).  The receptionist was rude, when I cancelled my appointment with the dentist, and tried several tactics to get me to keep the appointment (first treating me like a child and then lying saying I have not seen a dentist in over a year).  And when my husband went for his cleaning they refused to do the cleaning and insisted he come back for a "deep" cleaning, so that appointment was a waste of time and now we question if he needed it since he goes every 6 months for cleanings.  We have recently discovered that they work for commissions which explains a lot.  Go to a family dentist practice and avoid these places!
