I have been to many dentists, all terrible. Ever since my first visit to James Family Dentistry, I knew I didn't have to look any more. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and despite needing a LOT of corrective work, they made sure I was comfortable. Even the day after! I recommend them to everyone I come across. No lie, they're the best!

I don't like to go to doctor's or dentist's, but if you have to go. This is the best place I've found. They are very patient and understanding of your situation. Very well run office, the girls are the best, and know what they are doing. I have my teeth cleaned here too and my teeth have never looked so good. I would recommend them to anyone wanting superior service. Appointments are great, I never have to wait more than a few minutes before going in. Also you get plenty of reminders about up and coming appointments. I'm giving them 5 stars, they earned it.

I drive out of my way to go here. The doctor has a feather soft touch. The staff is friendly professional

I had been going to this dentist for a couple of years. My last appointment they called me to see if I could come in 15 minutes earlier, I said yes. I go 15 minutes early and sat and waited so I am not sure why they wanted me there earlier. But the worse part is I had only been evaluated by the dentist the first time I went. After the first time I went only for cleanings and I have never seen the dentist since the first time I went. I changed insurance and the receptionist told me I would have to pay $60 for the cleaning. I told her my insurance allows me 2 cleanings per year with no cost. She informed me I was getting a deep cleaning and not a regular cleaning. I did not bother to explain to her that I have not been evaluated by the dentist since the first visit and their idea of deep cleanings was nothing special compared to the past cleanings I have received from other dentists. Too many dentists to go to so I switched and now get my cleanings paid for by my insurance.
