Went in to look at bedroom sets. We were not abushed by sales associates. (Which we loved). We did NOT feel pressured to buy anything. Dee showed us around and she is extremely knowledgeable about everything.she is personable and friendly and made us feel comfortable (to the point to where I was playing on the floor with my daughter and she was too) . At the end she gave my daughter a plush dog of the store dog Allie. The showroom is packed with gorgeous furniture and the prices are fantastic! We finally purchased furniture from Household after going to ten other stores. Household furniture felt like family. We will definitely be going back. (Thank you Dee R. for your help and patience!!

Well stock showroom, attentive and polite staff. Fast transactions. Moderate to expensive but very good quality product. Recommend it highly. Marine was extremely courteous!

All my furniture comes from Household, my sales person Rosemary has given me the best customer service for over 4 years. The furniture from Household has and still holding up in my home. i recommend anyone looking for good deals and solid made furniture, shop at Household Furniture. You will not regret going there. They constantly continue to bring in new merchandise each year to keep your home updated and beautiful. I only shop there for my furniture. Rosemary takes god care of my furniture needs, so my wife and I ask for her when we come into the store. .

Michael Jimenez deserves the highest rating in the world. She welcomed my wife and I immediately and didn't stop assisting us find what we wanted regardless of how much we walked throughout the store. She had incredible customer service, I can't stress enough how nice the vibe was with her helping us. Never applied any pressure to make a sale. She went above and beyond to help us figure out what we wanted and needed. Also, she knew everything about every piece of furniture. I strongly recommend anyone to come here and see her If you're coming here to shop for furniture for your home.
