The men's suit department really needs to step it up. Their alteration department is always days being when there is a decent sale and the young woman sizing my suit had no business being in the department.  In the end, after getting a manager involved, they eventually made their mistake up to me. But do not leave without trying the altered suit on.

Out of stock in store and online. No service help available in the men's shoes Department, only one cashier. For a company on the brink of closes stores, it's only a matter of time.

The sales man was very helpful.  He should get a raise in the man's department.

They would not price match to their online store even though it's in their policy to price match. The manager told us we had to just order our product online to get the price online. I went to the JCPenney on Joe Battle and they quickly assisted me and apologized on this stores behalf.
