Low price, good venue, average room, front desk night guy is very cooperative and friendly. He accepted my request and allowed me for an extra hour for late check out. Well i am recommending this hotel for average good stay close to NY city.

If you don't mind getting a contact high and you don't value your safety then this is the place for you! Otherwise stay away from this dump. I'm surprised they don't book rooms for the hour. I took my daughter here for a girls night out and when we got to our room I asked them for some kind of air freshener because of the weed smell. We went to dinner, came back and they still didn't get the freshener. So I took them we couldn't stay here and they refused a refund!

This place is dirty and smells really bad after one night i ran out of here....the beds are old in horrible i layed down felled like i went into a sink hole the carpets are stain and The curtains in the hallway are supposed to be white but they're grey... House keeping will come into your Room with no problem as if they are supposed to then when you start to complain nobody speaks English..the bathroom Is very small it also had a big patch in the door There was throw up in the hallway in nobody never came to clean it up Looks like someone had walked through it and tracked it through the hold hotel so now you know is fill of germs in bacteria because they don't Clean the carpet... I'd wouldn't dare eat at The ihop that is connected to that Hotel because you know if one side of the building is nasty the whole building is nasty This may be a cheap and reasonable place but you will not get your money worth you just might wake up germs...

Check in took forever, as I had a reservation. I was paying cash. That took more time. Check your bill as the safe charge is free $$ as I NEVER use it. My room had a noisy heater. The sofa needs replacing.
