Attended a company holiday party and stayed overnight. I recently broke my ankle and visited the hotel on crutches. They were so accommodating and I am very grateful. They easily put me in an accessible room close to the elevator with plenty of bars in the bathroom/shower so i was very comfortable showering. Staff was wonderful- quick check in even with our extra request for an accessible room. Staff working the party were friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. Quickly brought me a chair for standing cocktail hour, helped me to the bathroom, etc. The hotel itself is lovely. Room was clean and comfy, event rooms were nice. Very pleased with our stat.

This Hilton location does not meet typical Hilton standards. The only nice room in the hotel is the lobby. There is mold, rust, and lime deposit in the bathroom. Everything is dated and appears unclean. I have taken several pictures and will be posting them online. We tried to cancel our reservation prior to coming because we read similar reviews after having already booked but we're told we would have to pay for at least one night. We decided to stay because forfeiting the $109/night plus tax was not an option. We have stayed at our local Cleveland Hilton for our anniversary and were blown away by the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel. We booked Hilton Rutherford because it is a brand we trust but this location was a major disappointment. A complimentary stay at our local location or our money back would be appriciated.

We went to a couple of games in the area and stayed here. The shuttle to the NJ transit station is free and convenient but they need to either invest in more buses or get a bigger one. There were a lot of angry people trying to get back to the hotel that got left behind because the bus was full. Other than that, great location with great views if you opt for that!

Hilton Meadowlands is a great place to stay. We had the greatest views from our room. I can't say how great the staff is. They went out of there way to make sure we had a great stay. I would stay at this location again.

I requested a room with a safe for obvious reasons. After checking in the room safe did not work,this was at 8pm. They said they had no rooms available and to wait for a tech to repair it. Two hours later the safe could not be fixed. After asking multiple times another room magically appeared, but this safe did not work either. After moving me to a third room with a working safe and involving 4 different employees I didn't feel comfortable with all them knowing that I needed a safe I requested the manager move me to a different room their response was that I needed to get some rest. That's what I was trying to do since 8 when I checked in it was now almost 1 am. They gave me a free breakfast. I am completely disappointed on how unprofessional the actions they took to resolve this matter.
