Our check-in process was quick and efficient. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. No issues with parking. Quiet rooms. Shuttle was a definite bonus as we didn't know about it beforehand, but it was easy and comfortable to use. Breakfast was what you'd expect in terms of what was offered, but there's no seating area. Not the end of the world by any means, but would make it slightly more enjoyable. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Very pleased with what we received for the amount we paid.

This hotel is fine... offers relatively good services for the low price. The room service does major cleaning, some mess stays (we had a plastic packaging from straw on bathroom floor when we came from the previous guests), but overall the room and bathroom are clean. The breakfast is in a small room which gets quite full, is next to entrance and everyone eats while standing. Last day we came back to the room at around 9pm and our door was visibly open! Probably the cleaner didn’t close it. We are lucky no one stole anything from there.

Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Parking was a definite plus too. Housekeeping did a great job daily. Shuttle to NYC was very affordable and convenient. I think the only cons were that maybe our room at least could use a new coat of paint and the breakfast area could use a bit more room. We will be back again though... can’t beat this place for the staff, price and location. Thank you for your hospitality!!

I have been to many super 8 s and all were amazing, but this one was an exception. Breakfast was overcrowded and below average quality. I skipped the breakfast after the first day. We asked for shampoo the second day and they said we bring it but they did not. Not enough towels in the shower and there was a long hair on two of the towels and I ended up using a small face towel after shower. Of course they did not bring new towels. The only good thing about this place is it’s location nothing more. And that’s why it’s overpriced. The internet was good though so that’s something.

We spend 5 days here to visit NYC! Great wide rooms in the accessory building! Pro: Easy transportation to NYC and near, and hotel amenities! Con: Breaksfast space is small and at 8am usually employees enters and start talking about work besides you’re still preparing or eating you BF!! Secure and recommended little hotel next to Manhattan!!
