After a great morning of hiking in Cold Springs we needed some nourishment to refuel. Thankfully, the restaurant was able to accommodate all 8 of us to sit outside. The service was super nice and the waitress was super patient as a large group can be but we were hungry and ready to order. It was a pleasant day so we sat outside in the patio as we also had a dog. The food came out pretty quickly and everyone was happy with their choice of food. Food with a smile is what I remembered.

Up here in NY doing work at West Point and was looking for place that had quality breakfast and space for the whole family (5 of us).  This place was a 20-25 min drive from my hotel outside the Thayer gate of West Point.  Pretty drive.  This place is located in an old, small, quaint, well maintained town... kind of romantic.  The restaurant is cozy but big enough to hold large families if needed.  Staff is super attentive and genuinely courteous, and the food was pretty darn good too.  All the menu items seem like everyday type breakfast meals but each one had a little twist or ingredient that brought the meal home... if you will.  This is a our new favorite place!

Nice farm to table menu, very intimate as to not a crowded venue. Great service, accompanied by great food!

Great place for breakfast and lunch. The food is very good and the folks are perpetually upbeat and friendly.
