I went in to trade NY Toyota Venza in as well as get my son a new Jeep Wrangler and I must say the service was excellent. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist which to me was awesome.. they connected me and my son with Travis which at first I was on edge because most car dealers are known not to be honest. But I must say he was totally honest they put me into a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and my son into a 2015 Jeep Wrangler which is his dream car.. I have never experienced first rate service in a dealership to this degree. I have referred all my friends and family to this dealership we have found a new dealership home.

I recently purchased a charger, and the service was amazing. I worked with Travis who i highly recommend, he is very helpful and made sure I got all I needed. The whole team has great personality and treats you like family. Although the wait, and paperwork takes some time, it was completely worth it. Even after the sale, I received informational emails about the car that includes videos on different features of the car. I am very satisfied with the whole dealership.

Exceptional Experience, Five Stars - This is how you sell cars! Worked with Mike Smith, Ed Finn and Tommy Williams. They treated me like gold, were fun to work with, and got me into exactly what I wanted UNDER budget. Need I say more.... You are selling yourself short if you go anywhere else. They have a new, refreshing way of doing business. Can't wait to purchase my next car from them! They made it too easy! Thanks guys!

Awful. Once they get you to agree to the price and start the paperwork it's all downhill from there. Long process (my credit is fine, should be 1,2,3 like it was for me at Toyota). They didn't have an extra key so I had to come back 3 times before they were able to get it to me. Ordered the rim package and found out after the fact all they do is paint the rims and I had to drop the truck off for a week! Never return phone calls. Very unhelpful, accommodating or reasonable when trying to make a customer happy. Also they do their credit through Hudson Valley Credit Union who has also been terrible. Very inconvenient with no online pay. Have to phone pay or stop in branch. Wish I never came here and will never come back. Happy after 1.5 months they finally got me my key and refund check for the rims after many phone calls and visits. Never again. Don't waste your money and time with these people

Mark was very knowledgeable about the car he sold me. He was extremely courteous and kind and answered every question I had about the purchase. He made purchasing a car very pleasurable. I would highly recommend him to family and friends!
