On vacation, heading to Knoxville, 4pm of course and the battery light goes on. Guess what, the alternator is gone. Stopped at Huff to see if they could help. They had to order alternator but would be in at 8am and they had us back on the road by 10. Thank you Huff Ford for your prompt and awesome service.

I went to look at a resent trade in. Apon arriving I saw the vehicle sitting on the lot as described. After talking with Tim and Matt they offered for me to test drive the unit. Perfect low mileage vehicle with one scratch, I was assured it would be repaired. We ran the numbers got as close as we could and done the deal. No pressure straight forward dealing! If you want a hassle free experience see Tim or Matt you won't regret it!

A great dealership with a very knowledgeable employees. Excellent customer service made an easy buying experience. Lee Hardin was very professional and easy to deal with! Quick to answer my questions and extra attentive. Lee and Huff ford are a pleasure to do business with!
