We were driving from Pittsburgh to Birmingham and noticed sounds that did not sound good.  We decided to stop for the night in Wytheville.  We chose R&C because reviews from other people suggested they didn't rip off people who were in a tight spot.

They were super friendly, gave us a ride to/from our hotel and even to Cracker Barrel.  The repairs were done as quickly as possible and for less than initial estimate.

Thank you! Glad to be back on the road to home. :)

On my way to the mountains of WV for a weekend away camping I ended up shearing off all but one lug bolt and lost a wheel on the interstate. Do to the age and type of vehicle I was driving it was pretty much un-repairable by any of the local garages. I was almost 200 miles away from home but thankfully have a level of AAA that covers me for up to 200 miles. Larry at R & C Towing and Repair Co. was dispatched to tow my vehicle back to my house. To my surprise he was at my location to retrieve my vehicle within 10 minutes and we were on our way back to my house. I was expecting to have a very long ride back; however Larry was one of the most genuine people I have meet in some time and held fantastic conversation the entire time; making the almost 4 hour trip seem to go by much faster. 

Thank you very much for making my day much more enjoyable than it should have been after losing a day in the mountains due to a stupid mistake!

All I can say is Amen and thank you!
My father who is in his 80's insisted on driving from Ocala Fla to Pittsburgh Pa. by himself in his old truck. He not only blew a tire but sheared off lug bolts from the axle on his way. AAA brought him to these wonderful people at R&C Towing and they treated him like family. They not only perfectly fixed his vehicle, but agreed to let me pay for it by phone, got him some food, and made sure he was comfortable the whole time he waited (he was sleeping lol).
Thank you so much for being a blessing and taking care of my Daddy.

Cannot speak highly enough about the quality, competence and prompt service of this company. We broke down on I-77, with a 350 diesel, pulling a 36 foot RV. AAA connected us with R and C who arrived promptly, towed the truck to a dealership and towed the RV to a local RV park.
