Excellent quality! It's hard to find someone that can weld chrome tips on, without leaving one sticking out more than the other, or leaving one higher than the other. He's done probably 10 cars for me over the last 20 yrs. and they have always turned out great. Very fair prices also.

My husband called United Mufflers earlier in the week to make an appointment to get a new muffler put on our vehicle. He showed up for his appointment (taking time off from work) and learned that the new muffler had not been ordered. Instead, the guy (Owner?) tried to sell him a used muffler off his own vehicle which he also told my husband, had a hole in it. So he expected us to buy a used muffler with a hole in it to replace our used muffler with a hole in it. I'm not sure how this is good business or how it makes sense in any way, but we will not be using United Mufflers again.

Mike has always and still does a great job and reasonable on price. I have had my exhaust work done there for over 30 years.

I have had my car repaired several times over the last two years.  Every time I have been very satisfied with the work and the best part of it, was that the work was completly affordable.  The guy working there is very knowledgable and friendly.  I would not hesitate to bring my car back here or recomend it to a family member or friend. As far as the cranky service that

 After they claimed they fixed all exhaust leaks except the muffler (at my request), another shop pointed out to me a major mistake (a split in the pipe around the flex pipe) that they'd caused and left. When I returned, the person who'd done the work became quite angry, and when I showed him the split he reluctantly agreed to fix it. When I started he car to leave it was noisier than before, so he, at my request, lifted he car and ponted out a new crack in a bracket that was holding two pipes together, that hadn't been there before. He told me to come back the next day, and he'd fix it. I watced him bang on a pipe that was hanging from the loosened bracket in the process of fixing it, and ---ooops! the catalytic converter suddenly has a hole in it ---the part that's saled unless the cover is removed---that MUST have been there before. 
 DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE IF YOU CAN POSSIBLY FIND ANOTHER PLACE.
