I use them to put a floral arrangement on my parent's grave once a quarter because I don't want it to be bare.  I live two states away and have never met them in person.  They send me an email each quarter with the beautiful arrangement.  Highly recommend them.

I put in an order for same day delivery to have an arrangement taken to the funeral of a very special person. I didn't find out about the date/time until the morning of ( or I would've ordered sooner) I went through a company who finds the florist for you. Long story short, the order was recieved by Huff Florist at 10:30 am. It wasn't until 1:40pm (20 mins before the visitation started) that the folks at Huff informed the company that they couldn't fulfill the order. Needless to say, it would've been impossible for the company to have found a different florist in time. I called to speak to someone about my frustration and was basically asked what I expected them to do about it. At a time when there is mourning and someone made a huge mistake, a simple apology or looking into the matter factually, would have been a start. I was deeply saddened that I did not get to share my sympathy with the family and was brushed off by like a piece of dust by a business who should understand  the importance of these last goodbye moments/expressions.

Highly recommend! 

I called Huff's Flowers in an urgent attempt to do something nice for my mom after she received some bad news. Carolyn was incredibly patient and helpful even going so far as to help me put together a nice message to accompany the flowers. 

Thank you for helping me make my mom's day a little brighter! :)

I have ordered from Huff's for many years....and they never disappoint.  The staff is knowledgeable, and patient.  I am picky and hard to please, and I really appreciate the time that they take to keep me happy.  I have ordered for funerals, as well as holidays.  I am always pleased, as well as proud when I see what they delivered.  I would rate them very highly, and would recommend them to everyone. They did not let me down this Mother's Day either, my mother was amazed at the beauty of the arrangement, it brought a tear to her eye, as she expressed her gratitude.  As I looked at them, I was proud that I had such a wonderful florist that I could depend on.   .
