I met with Mrs Murry at the 3030 mobile hwy office in montgomery over questions enforcing child support. My experience with Mrs Murry I would rate nothing short of a 10+.superb
She was a huge help in questions I had that I received incorrect answers in quit a few other counties to the point where i almost threw out my support order..she was wonderful! She knew her job and well.. I'm relieved I came in that office to speak with her she put me at ease with all of my concerns and finally someone gave me accurate information. Every time I called this particular office for help I also received excellent customer service and kindness on the other end..I was very pleased with my visit..thank you kindly Mrs Murry..

I pay child support weekly and my son hasnt recieved a dime in over 2 months . Ive called the dhr worker and she cant tell me where the money is and ive called this office where money is sent from my employer and they also cant tell me when my sons child support is . Im being charged interest for them not doing there jobs . Tomorrow im getting proof of payment other than my check stubs from my emplorers accounting department and im filing theft charges and im going to sue them .state of alabama dhr is a joke to say the least.

Called concerning my step daughter who said she was being abused at home by her grandmother and her mother the grandmother works for dhr in jefferson county and because of this nothing has been done this woman continues to abuse her positions and nothing has been done to stop her we have a police report showing where she told the police she worked for dhr and basically didn't have to compile with the court order we have filed a complaint actually more than one complaint and nothing was done to her they didn't even write down the complaint they gave the abuse cause to a boarding county who actually turns out works with jefferson and they did nothing as well in fact they were rude completely and beyond words rude they made a so called safety plan by placing her across the street from the abuser never returned phone calls and never not once looked at the evidence we had so all in all the worst people i have had pleasure to meet in my life. They don't care about the children all they care about is pr and taking care of one another and that is it just sad no wonder so many children end up how they do

Terrible Customer Service, called concerning child support questions/information. safe to say I will not be calling ever again!
