Worst place ever they gossip and talk right in front of you then if you say something they tell you they will not "help" you I've been up here since 1pm and hopefully I leave at 4:10 yep all day process people that came in before me left before me they are trash I work and just need a little help they give me all attitude when I ask for a manager it gets worse there were only 20-25 people in here and they have all of their staff working it still took 3-5hrs to get them out n mind u they stop accepting people at 3:30p

My experience was great. I was informed about the wait time, I
was helped throughout the process of filling out the app. and the person that saw me was very kind. The bathroom needs more attention cleanliness was lacking. Staff great...bathroom not so much.
