Terrible experience, told by phone agent that I needed to go to my local office to get my question anserwed. After waiting two hour the agent was of zero help.  Trying to decide if now is the proper time to apply and needed to understand my families total benefits.  Agent said I can only give estimate.  I need to make an educated decision using factual data not estimates.  If this was a private business they’d be shut down by now.  What a disappointment first time experience.  Very frustrating, wasted entire morning still have dollar figure and no one can give me what I’m needing.  How is that.

Why are the woman who work here so miserable and rude?  Hispanic lady here was so rude to an elderly guy who was deaf of hearing. He thought he heard his number but the lady was so rude to him yelled at him so condescending to sit down and pay attention.  He was so old and hard of hearing. Where is your consideration towards the elderly. She acts as if she's never gonna get old. Hopefully they treat her the same way she's treated him.

It was a long wait (2 hrs.) because I did not have an appointment.  I just showed up and "took a number" but the agent was very helpful and resolved my issue that I'd been trying to solve via the internet for two months.  I would have rated the visit 5 stars except for the very long wait time.

This place has worse wait times than the DMV!!! I had some payee issues I needed to get fixed and was shocked at how unorganized they are. They have 32 windows but only 8 people working with a room full of people in the lobby as well as a bunch of people waiting near the entrances...at 10 AM. Seriously, what is the point of having that many windows when you're only going to use 1/4th of them? Security saw me constantly checking the monitors up front to see if my number was coming up and told me that it was inaccurate. So not only do they have a overly complicated ticket system (Really? Alphanumerical tickets when you only have 8 people working?), their video screens is as useless as pedestrian crossing buttons on street lights. After 2 1/2 hours, I left since I had other things to do that day. It's ridiculous that they build these new buildings making people think we will get better/faster service with the additional windows, instead, they're just as slow and inefficient as they ever was. It's no wonder people don't have faith in government to get things done. If I could give this place -5 stars I definitely would.

can't seem to understand why i've submitted two appeals, one by mail and the other by drop off box and its been over two months and they are still not in the system.  Call the 800 number and all i get is the run around.
