I wouldn't give this establishment a star at all if i could. Notice I called it an establishment and not a business. The worst customer service I've experienced thus far. I was sending a package to family in Chicago for the Christmas holiday. I took the package to them Dec. 29th. I was serviced by an older woman who by the way had no clear since of what she was doing. She could not locate the correct shipping label for my package so she completed on a different shipment label. She provided a tracking number and told me the package would arrive in Chicago Jan. 3rd. I received a call from this woman Jan. 2nd informing me that she changed the shipping label to the correct one and the package would indeed arrive in Chicago by the Jan. 3rd date she provided to me. Needless to say after numerous attempts at tracking the package I was unable to get confirmation the package had arrived in Chicago. We are now approaching 2 weeks after and the package still hadn't arrived. Week 3 I get a knock at my door it's FedEx returning the package to me! I am complete disbelief as I was assured the package was sent. When I look at the package the new shipment label the woman (or her boss) so she says put the wrong address on it. I called the establishment and receive nothing but excuses and was even accused of giving them the wrong address even though the address I provided was clearly stated on the original label the woman completed. I was bumped from the woman to the owner for a week and a half when I requested a refund. I had to go into the establishment and talk with the owner in person only to be accused by him (the owner) of giving him the incorrect address. They never took accountability for their mistake. It got so crazy I had to have my husband come and speak with the owner. He got very upset at my husband because he told him the lady he has working for him is unprofessional. He stormed off to the back came back with a sheet of blank business checks. He wrote me a refund and told us to never come to his establishment again. I am writing this review to inform anyone who reads this to save yourself the headache and go direct through the Post Office or FedEx. These guys SUCK! Complete IDIOTS!

Trash! I came in leaving my package to the older African American lady in the front Desk and I asked for a receipt with the tracking number back since that’s what they usually give back at other post offices when I drop off and she said no take a picture so I did. I came a week later asking about my package since I was having some difficulties tracking it and the same lady was there and I asked her about the package and all she said was ‘I don’t know, we don’t accept packages here’ I told her I came last Friday and I gave my package to YOU and YOU told me to take a picture of the package. After that she was like let me see the picture.... at the end of us going back and forth she still didn’t know nothing! Never coming to this location again!

I love the people at this Mart, they are friendly,  helpful and professional. Thumbs up to Postal Mart employees!

This place needs to be shut down!  The Postmaster needs to be replaced.  The worst customer service I've seen in years.  Dont waste your time going there.

Worst customer service. I walked into this location and clearly the lady who works there clearly saw me and walked right pass me without saying anything. I was like, ok she might need to do something important and she'll be right back. Um no wrong, I walked out and she was sitting outside stuffing her face with food. I asked if she worked there and she was like yeah, but I just told her I will go somewhere else where they are more professional. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
