Two co-workers, my husband, and I have all gone extensive apartment hunting in this area, and there is literally no place better. Hummingbird Pointe is clean, well-maintained, and just re-paved their parking lot completely fresh, which looks really nice. Any other apartment that shows luxury-level furnishings, cabinets, and floors is not true to their photos. For example, you can't get into them unless you pay $300-$400 extra per month for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit. 

Be sure to research the current deals, as the lease price fluctuates daily. For that reason, people complain that their rates go up. Don't take the first offer. Also, the place is usually quiet, but we have someone above us who lifts weights or something, which can be annoying. We are switching units though. The cabinets are good quality, relatively new, and the flooring is between basic to pretty good. For example, bathroom and kitchen floors are vinyl sheeting, but better quality, attractive ones. Carpet in the 1-bedroom units is a darker, builder's grade quality. Carpet in the 2-bedroom units is a nice, beige, above-builder's grade quality. We have been in both types of units.

I’ve been living here since November 2017. Well  maintenanced place. No complaints about management. Everyone i have came in-counter with are very nice, and helpful. Love all the amenities that hummingbird pointe has to offer. I will recommend anyone to stop bye, and take a tour. Pets allowed, indoor pool, gym. Our family loves it here.

I would recommend anyone that has to live in an apartment to go there cause you won't find anything better in this area i can promise you that 

I lived at hummingbird for 13months and I loved it there!!!! Very clean and quiet building with plenty of parking. it's nice and updated as well which I loved, and everyone is friendly which is very hard to come by.however It is a bit expensive so I moved to save money but its been 2wks since i moved and I miss it(you get what you pay for) wish I had just stayed there lol 

I wanna thank Connie, Kelly, and Lori for always being so kind and helpful with eryone because that is really not the norm for most places as I'm finding out

The rent is very high for what you get, and it goes up about 10-15% every year. I'm not sure about the rest of you, but I certainly do not get a 15% raise every year to pay the increase. The amenities look cool, but read the fine print - it's nearly impossible to use the cafe, kitchen, or dining room. The indoor pool is nice, but under-utilized. The amenities all close at 10pm, so forget about having an evening party. Most of my neighbors look away when we pass in the hall, and nobody ever socializes like my neighbors did when I owed a home.
