Office and Maintanance staff are amazing.... prompt, caring, efficient, and always friendly. Victoria is the absolute best. The community offers routine programs for family and children. The community also offers a online thread to voice concerns, and are promptly responded to. The facility is clean and safe. Every time I see cleaning staff in building 2, I am greeted with a smile. My experience thus far has been nothing short of pleasant. Blessed to have found this place.

Love my apartment itself but the building and elevators are ALWAYS FILTHY!!! Vomit stays in elevators for days before its cleaned and the hallways are ALWAYS DIRTY!

Horrible place to live and overpriced. And if u work regular hours good luck trying to get anything u need from the office there hours are very exclusive of people who work regular hours. Also not to mention the bathroom flooding and fire alarms all the time. Also gym is horrible for the price of rent. 6 cardio machines for 3 buildings.

I would recommend this apartment, HOWEVER....I've lived here since 2012, my rent was $547 for a one bedroom (top floor), so this was a great deal. The complex is clean, quiet (I've never heard my neighbors), safe, and maintenance/staff are VERY friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues. My biggest issue is the CONSTANT raising of the rent, it's almost like they force you out. I currently pay $695 for the same apartment that I've been living in and it's going up to $722 in February *sigh*. I would love to continue to live here but not at these prices, especially when there have been zero upgrades and I see current listings for the same style one bedroom in my same building for much cheaper to new tenants (which I made mention to them the last two times my rate went up, they provided no real explanation). How does that make any sense?? EVERY lease renewal the price is raised, without any justifiable reason. The fire alarms do go off frequently (1-2 times a month), and that can be annoying but it's not to the point where I wouldn't recommend this place. The roof does leak on the top floor by the elevators and has been this way for years now, so whenever they increase the rent I always wonder what they're doing with the money. I'm currently looking to move before February so I figured I'd write a review for anyone who's searching for somewhere to live. I've found the reviews quite helpful.  Overall my experience living here (in building 2, they have 3 buildings) has been excellent with the exception of the constant rent increase.

Updating my last review my fiance and i  gave midtown towers a 5. We have met all staff members management. Maintenance. And security members. All above part all very pleasant experiences. They have security doors cameras and a security team.I work 2nd shift . I came home it was a cold bone chilling rain wind was howling. And the security team was still patrolling the grounds we have been here 3 + months. And will never be able to say enough good words for the service we receive regularly. Kudos to all . When we hear someone is looking to move. We tell them move here u will not be sorry. We have read the negative reviews and honestly cannot see where there coming from. This is agian the quietest cleanest most secure place my fiance and I have ever been. If we could this place would get 10 star rating
