I met a leasing agent to show me an apt. yesterday.. he arrived on time..however.. it didnt specify that it was off street parking.. not even a parking lot .. what? Why wasn't  this mentioned in the ad?  The pictures were much better in the ad than in person.. moreover.. The agent was texting on his phone the whole time I was there.. He mentioned another apt. that he thought might be more suitable.. he said as soon as I get in my car I will text you the info.. Never received correspondence on it.  I was like you know what for this kind of treatment for a co. that is going to charge you a $225.00 administrative fee.. now when I look at ads and its run / owned by Holton Wise wont even click on it.. finally I told all my co-workers to run the other way with this company.

I wish i could give this company a negative. No star is appropriate. They are very unprofessional and all about money! My window was broken due to a tree branch and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. It was also an issue where a incident took place at my home where i was the victim of a robbery and they told me i have 24 hours to vacate the premises which is illegal. They literally forced my hand and i had to pack up and leave in 48 hours after fighting because at the time i did not know my rights. Then tried to charge me money for breaking my lease which was 2,000 EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE DUE THE INCIDENT OF ME BEING THE VICTIM WHICH I HAVE THE POLICE REPORT. Just sad! Run! If you do decide this company I will pray for you.

Listed and sold my property quickly and without any hassles...Mr. Wise is a true professional , maintained great communication through entire process...simply speaking he delivered on exactly what he said he was going to do...I highly recommend him and  The entire Holton Wise staff...

Thanking Jesus that my property was finally handed over to a new property managing group. Horrible service to say the least. Maintenance issues go unresolved, no matter how many calls or messages you leave. Actually once after reporting a leak to the “24-hour maintenance line” I received a call NINE HOURS LATER - just to be told “your an adult. You should’ve known how to shut off the main water supply” .............. ok. My carpet floors flooded and guess what? Nobody returned my calls about that either. I could go on and on but we will leave it at this - I would never rent from them even if it was the last place on earth to live 🙂
