The absolute worst customer service! I order from GrubHub.  When the delivery guy arrived he called me and instead of coming to the door, he told me I had to come to his car to get my food. I was appalled to say the least! How are you a delivery service and you don't even get out of your car?!  This place only received one star as I am big on customer service and I don't feel like I need to come out of my house to get my food if I am paying a delivery fee.  The food was good.  I might as well have gone to the store for all of that! Do better Hunan East!!

Well over an hour waiting for food when I was told 45 minutes. Still waiting. Will not be ordering again for any reason.

UPDATE: An hour and a half later I cancelled my order. “Driver didn’t answer”. Please don’t order from here— the reviews about horrible customer service being horrible are absolutely accurate. I’ll be checking to make sure every cent of money went back to my card. We paid to not eat. You’re not that hungry, order from somewhere else please.

It's great place. I love I that if you don't want onions then they will take them out. They need to come out a little more to clean the tables.

Love this place! If you want fast Chinese that actually tastes pretty good, they have it. The egg foo young is my favorite, but they do a tasty chef’s special noodle dish too. Very heavy on the curry in a good way. Their wonton soup broth is also super flavorful, I love it. The service is quick and the front desk is always friendly.

I'm vegetarian, so i when ordering chinese, I wearily go for the bean curd options. This place has by far the freshest and best tasting in comparison to other local Chinese take out.  I'm impressed and delighted.
