This was simply awful. My pizza arrived actually earlier than the estimated time and the delivery person was very professional as well as pleasant. However the product itself was quite substandard. I paid for extra toppings that were missing. Then my bread sticks were absolutely burnt to a crisp on one side. I attempted to call several times to discuss this matter and no one answers the telephone! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Placed an order pizza never came, they said I could get my refund. When I asked for the refund they said I couldn’t get it because I don’t have the pizza to return. Of course I don’t. Just want my money!

Worst customer service ever! My order was completely wrong, then once I called it took 14 times for someone to answer, as the other times they would pick up then hang up the phone. The manager was combative the entire conversation. They need an entirely new staff. The cashier was eating the entire time he was taking orders and handling money. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional...

No one at this location answered my phone call to even hear my complaints. my food arrived an hour late and was cold. i called over 14 times and didn't get one answer. only papa johns for now on

Worst service ever! And I normally don’t write reviews. I ordered 2 pizzas 2 weeks ago and it took them 2 hours to deliver it. The girl that answered the phone said that the driver brought my pizza back because nobody answered the door then no sooner than she said that, the delivery driver came with my food and he said that that was his first time coming to my house. Then they gave me a free pizza coupon that DOES NOT WORK. I tried to call them today 01/16/2017 @5:00pm and whoever answered the phone just said hello as if she was answering her cellphone and not a business phone. I tried numerous times to place an order over the phone with her and she very rudely tried to direct me to the online website. I will NEVER order from this location again
