I ordered an online order that had vegetarian items on it, when I called and asked if they used a different pizza cutter for vegetarian pizzas as oppose to meat. They informed me they do not unless specified. So I requested they redo the order because I as well as my guests do not eat meat or anything of the sort and only wished they had done the order and used a different cutter for the vegetarian pizzas. The manager gave me a tough time about it over the phone and at the end of the conversation I figured we reached an understanding that they were going to remake the pizzas. I come home to find out that they in fact lied to me and that it was obvious that the pizza was not fresh as stated to me by the manager and that it was still the previous order that was left sitting inside the heater waiting for me to pick up. The previous receipt order was literally still on the top of it and when I had noticed that, he points out that the old order was at the bottom of the heater, but all that was down there was a bunch of scattered boxes. The sleaziness was absolutely uncalled for, the fact that I literally waited in my car for the same pizzas that were ready 20-30 min. Prior really made me lose my appetite for anything. I as well as my guests were forced to order elsewhere. Not likely returning to this establishment. And I'm usually a regular too....

Food is as good as expected. But fair warning, prepare to double the wait time they give you. Never ready when promissed.

If you want good pizza, you need to try other local places. I’ve had way and I mean way better pizza than this place. This pizza is okay and cooked/made half a**. If you want to try good pizza, drive to east Dearborn on warren place called Lions pizza.

Horrible service, literally called in to the corporate office about issues and have not received anything. Shows how much they really care, would definitely never everrrrr recommend an establishment like this. Full of SLEAZY people who disregard the simplist request and fail to realize the customer is always right and not to point fingers at a customer and make them feel that they are the ones at fault in situations that require them to for example remake an order due to complications from the customers standpoint. The manager is extremely disrespectful and no help at all and their district manager clearly has the same mind set considering they don't care to receive my feedback on the matter

I've been going to this Hungry Howie's for years and the service was always consistently good. They never skimp on the toppings or the crust flavorings and their calzone-sandwhich things are always stuffed. I'm also unfortunately one of those people who like to get picky with their food and have odd requests and even when I order some weird combination of toppings or whatever, they still never messed it up once.
