Cod food on buffet, salad bar was clean and well stocked as was the dessert bar area (which I did not partake of because of Lent) I was amazed at the attitudes of the staff which could have used improvements. I have special dietary needs which they either did not care or were not willing to recognize. My steak (using the term loosely) had to be sent back to be cooked as I had ordered it. I am not sure if my friends and I will bother going back.

Ponderosa is my favorite restaurant. But I give this location only 3 stars. Ponderosa staff needs to keep fresh food out. Instead of inching it out. Aka bringing ten new wings out when the whole restaurant is waiting on new wings...you know stuff like that. Or that the bread is cold normally, the full rolls. Always the staff majority of them look like they are upset about something. I miss the old ponderosa's in the area. Not just this one they left behind for us. I have been going to this restaurant for 20 years. I know how the food should look. Also French dressing must have crack in it. So freaking awesome!!

It has been a long time since I ate here. Memories served me up a place of wonder with a wonderful buffet and some great steaks. Our memories can be a bit deceiving, but doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with this place. 

A bit pricy for the buffet but overall it was a decent experience. Cusomter service was great.

Love the place, but both the Pontiac/Waterford & Auburn Hills restraunts closed down about 15 years ago. If you are within a area of one of these Steakhouses, it's well worth every penny! Damn good food! 😊

I mean it's Ponderosa, and it's really sad to me that all the ponderosas in Michigan seem to be closing. This is comfort food from like when I was in the fifth grade and there was a Ponderosa next to the Catholic school that I used to go to and I would go there probably once a week. Dude it's Dirt Cheap to get the salad bar here that has those chicken wings that there are the exact same as they were when I was little and the rolls are the same too. And it's not going to be the most amazing food on Earth but it is the most amazing cheap food on Earth as far as all-you-can-eat goes.

So I'm glad I got here. And hopefully next time I really want to binge on really bad for me comfort food I'll come back again and it'll still be open.
