Hunter Insurance is great all the employees are very nice to talk yo and make it easy on you. They have your best interest for you.

Absolute worst company ive ever dealt with. Upon signing with Hunter, they told me they were opened on Saturdays in there Manville, RI address where i could come pay cash when my premium was due. 3 months into this, the store no longer opened on Saturdays (because of summer months i assume) without notification. I called the owner to question this, and he basically called me a liar saying they were never opened on saturdays.. yet i have invoices with dates for proof.
When i actually needed to file a claim, my agent was prompt. Within 2 days i received a letter stating i would be contacted within 48 hours by an adjuster. 6 business days later, i was contacted. Here we are now, 3 weeks post claim... and I have yet to hear a response, by phone or letter. 
Terrible customer service. Liars. 
WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
