I came here to get a bridesmaid dress altered.   One, when I came in, they gave me a quote that was about 30% less than what they had charged me.  Two, the 30% less was still about double what the other bridesmaids paid.  In the end, I negotiated the price back down to the (high end) of the quote range they gave me, but I still paid WAY more than everyone else in the bridal party who had the same alterations or more than I had.  They charged me $89 just to take off some length....

Scam artists at best. Took in 71 shirts all for laundering. Went to pick up my shirts and they decided to alter their pricing for certain types of shirts AFTER I had already dropped them off. I was never given a choice or advised of special pricing ahead of time. Their pricing and charge also differs from what my pick-up slip stated. So my choice is to pay up or abandon my shirts. AVOID this place at all costs. Their response was "some shirts are more work and 71 was a lot to do." They also slipped in a jacket charge even though there was no coat. My drop off slip stated 71 shirts, and I was charged for 76. When confronting them, they wanted to start haggling about price. So if your looking for dry cleaners that give you a fixed price at the start and then bait and switch pricing and extortion mentality, this is your place.

I've gotten all of my suits tailored at this location (15+) and I've never had an issue with the price or with the final product. The lady that was at the counter was very friendly.

Would not give me a price up front to do a simple hem on my jacket which I thought was fishy to begin with. Took way too long and then had the nerve to charge me $50! Twice as much as any other place I have been to and the work was shoddy! First and last time I will go there!

I had really horrible experience with the female onwer.  I gave her a curtain that need to be shortened. She never gave my any receit and she never told me how much is the cost up front as all professional businesses do.   When I came to pick it up one week leter, she said she did not start working on it yet and she needed few days. At the end when she had it done, she ruined it by cutting it instead of folding it and wanted to charge me $ 75 for that mess she created!  Me and my wife ruined our weekend for that encouter with someone who never wanted to accept wrong doing and on top of that, still want tons of money for a lousy job.  She need to tell customers how much she will charge and give receit and admit wrong doing when needed and be apologitic to customers.
