I've used their services twice and had a decent experience both times. Once for simple dry cleaning and the other to alter some dress pants. The  dry cleaning came out good. When it came to the alterations I wasn't given to many options for the hem on my pants. Overall, the work quality came out good, however, I was not too impressed with the turnaround time. Otherwise, this is a good place for dry cleaning.

Had them sew two world series patches on jerseys and a patch on my Blackhawks jersey. They are perfect and the gentleman put them in the perfect place (even though I told him the wrong spot)
