My Fiancé called this tire shop ahead of time to check and see if my size tires were available. I arrived at Jimmy's shop and being a woman I half expected them to try and give me the run around on prices, sell me more expensive tires and try to push other services on me. When I told Jimmy exactly what I was looking for, he took me to the tires he had available and let me see them for myself. I purchased 2 used tires, and they looked almost new. He never pushed me, never made me feel like I was making a poor choice, and had full confidence in the work he was doing which made me feel comfortable spending the money. He also let me know that  my shocks were starting to wear, and that I'd need to keep an eye out and have them repaired soon. He was very informative, very patient, and answered all of my questions. 

Jimmy only had one other employee helping him this day in the 105 degree heat and they were extremely efficient in getting the customers in and out in the order we all arrived. He even offered to let me sit in his office where there was AC. Very accommodating.

This was my first experience with Hwy 10 Tire shop, and it is honestly nowhere near where I live, but I will undoubtedly be back for new tires eventually! I'd much rather spend my hard earned money there than at a big box tire retailer.

After being promised that the tire I needed would be ordered, the tire place across the street and then said tire not being ordered. I was told they had no idea what I was talking about. After 5 phone calls earlier to verify. The other place mgr who I spoke with, ignored me, claimed he knew not and that was that. This place squared me away immediately,  I wouldn't have been able to drive far on the tire I had, it was so bad. Thanks guys! I just wanted to order a tire, they helped this mom get back on the road. The best service!!!! No run around, and the other lady there felt the same! Comfortable and no run around!!

Nice mom and pop shop.  Always friendly and helpful.  I get by on the tires in my Budget
