Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. We had requested a high floor room and they provided that to us with a great view of the city. My biggest issue with this hotel is the way they have the parking ramp designed. You better hope you don't forget something in your car...because it's a 10 min walk to get to your car. The parking ramp is SO far away from your rooms. If I'm paying money to park my car, I want to be able to access it without having to go on a short hike. In my opinion, they should open up the valet spots for self parking and use the ramp for valet. This makes more sense as people can just call to have their car brought out front. With having a baby with a car seat, the distance between our car and the room, made it very inconvenient.

Very pretty hotel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant inside is very nice, it has a few pool table that we really enjoyed. Biggest turnoff was the pool area, in particular, the hot tub. The water was cloudy and a weird color and had tiny things floating in it, and it didn't appear to have a working pump or filtration because the water level raised and spilled over, the more people that got in. It was quite disgusting. Overall, the stay was fine but we'd definitely avoid the pool area next time, or book a different hotel if we wanted that amenity.

The rooms and services at the hotel are amazing! Everyone here is so nice and helpful! The rooms are very comfortable and offer a nice view. It's not too far off the highway but you don't hear the traffic! Will definitely be coming back to this location again!

Loved this hotel! Very clean, friendly staff. Shuttle service was amazing, request Jonathan. If you book online, you'll get breakfast buffet tickets which will save you $20/person. No complaints, will stay again.

Beautiful establishment. Pool not so heated lol. Comfortable beds and great room service...even though my annoying child called 2 and 3 x for different things. They are very accommodating. I agree with another review they should offer complimentary water in the rooms. But the amenities and staff were helpful.
