Sales dept is fine, but beware of the Service dept.  They'll often do a rush job and barely give you the time of day if you have questions or special concerns.  This place is too busy to do a proper service order ... always pushing to get to the next car.  And if you bring in a coupon, be extra cautious.  Even if you read it to the service advisor to assure all will be done, the work order won't be fully conveyed to the back where service is to be performed.  Too busy.  Poor communication skills.  Service manager won't help either.  One star is too much.  Stay away!!

Husband and I had an amazing experience buying our first car! Everyone did everything they could to make sure we left happy! Great place to buy a car! Go down and see Roger Pytko!  Mention this review for a special deal!

This is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with!  Wonderful Service and they DO NOT try to sell you repairs you do not need.  Unfortunately, I had to move from Gainesville to Milford, CT and I hope the dealership up here will treat me like the staff (especially Service)  in Gainesville.  Kudos to All!!!  I will miss you!!! 😺

My car had a problem this morning, turned out to be an issue with the steering lock mechanism.  I called them to inform them of the issue.  The treatment I received from the moment I spoke over the phone with the service dept coordinator Ms Betty to the moment I arrived via tow truck at the service area and was greeted by Jerry I was treated with politeness, courtesy and my time was taken into consideration.  The issue it turned was on a recall list, so not only was I treated well, it cost me nothing, the towing there included.  Thank you folks for the great customer service during an otherwise stressful situation.  My next car is coming from your dealership.

This establishment has poor service and sales department.  Weeks ago, I was going to trade in my 2016 Maxima Platinum for a 2018.  They did not have a 2018 and try to sell me a 2017.  The sales manager said oh you’ll be getting a 2017.  We spent 35 minutes with them waisting our time trying to get information and they didn’t have what I was interested in buying.  I walked out.  They have been servicing my car for general maintenance.  I will not have my car serviced moving forward.  I was replacing my wheels and tires at another establishment and realized my wheel lock was not in my car.  I went to the deal ship and they tried to charge me for a new set.  This dealership is the only place that has serviced my car. They lost the key.  Not again!  Be careful with this place.
