We were very happy with their service to our fifth wheel. Dina was so accommodating to get parts ordered and expedited for us so work could be done without having to extend our stay. Great job.

Poor customer service, overpriced. Paid $1,000 to have slide worked on. First time to use it failed, Willard the owner was to call back and never did. LeRoy was rude and hung up on my wife. Stay away not a good experience.

Do not buy from this dealer. They do not honor sales agreements. They do not correctly repairs problems and they do not have any sort of warranty or guarantee on their work. We unfortunately bought an RV from them last month and paid to have three systems guaranteed- furnace, fridge, water heater. This agreement was made with the owner, Willard. All three systems failed within 3 weeks, and Willard denies us paying extra for service, and the service manager tells us there is no guarantee or warranty with any work, so its a crap shoot if anything will be fixed correctly or actually working a few weeks later. I've turned them into the BBB and State Attorney General, because a written agreement with money exchanged needs to be honored. Shame on them for their poor business practices.

I am not sure where to begin. We were driving from Denver, CO and was only going to stay for a few days in Rapid City. Our RV started to run really rough so I took a chance and call I-90 RV to see if they could look at the RV on Friday while we went site seeing. Leroy, stated they could look at it around 1 and we were greatful considering we had a really long drive back to Kentucky on Saturday. After a short conversation with Leroy, we found our coil packs had gone bad and needed to be replaced. They tried to fix just the two, but then found all of them needed to be replace, however, it was close to 5pm, needed to order the parts and were closed on Saturday and Sunday. We were a little panicked, but Leroy, without hesitation stated, they would pull our RV out, hook it up to electric and we could just stayed behind the shop all weekend and they would work on it first thing Monday. As promised, it was fixed and we were on our way back to Kentucky later in the day. Russ and I can't thank you enough for your assistance and allowing us to stay behind the shop. I have read some of the reviews and all I know is our experience with I-90RV was great and everyone there were very nice and helpful. Russ and Kim

I did business with them back in July 2015 and being there they are some nice people. Now saying that, they also can be tricky and deceiving. I bought a used RV and they agreed to have the rig gone over and to fix the problems and then give me a run through of the rig. When it came to some areas of the rig like the awnings, being they were not opened nor would they open them, I come to find out that the torn and ripped window awning that was noticed right away, and said would be fixed for my inspection, the mechanic stalled then ignored showing me how they open and letting me inspect them. I find out later (leaving facility and area) that the window awning was switched to a different color and type of awning. It was used (probably taken off another of their rvs in lot) and had so many holes that awning tape would not fix the problem. The straps on all the awnings was in bad shape and the way it was repaired was to staple another strap onto the old strap. As you can probably figure out, when I tried to open them, that came off and the awning shot back up fast. The water pump is awful. You hear it go loud and low and water is coming out with the correct flow and when it goes low, so does the water flow. And when driving down the road, I discovered that oil was getting splattered onto the back of the RV, the two wheel dolly, and my car. It was investigated by a mechanic to be coming from the oil pan. When the pan was dropped, it was discovered that the seal was not seated correctly. Now when trying to talk to the owner of the dealership, the oil pan was kicked to the diesel shop to have them take responsibility. The shop did not so when trying to get the owner again to discuss it, was giving me the excuse that he hadn't gotten time to call me but right then had a customer. SO he wanted the problem to be ignored. I sent USPS mail, certified and return receipt and It was not picked up. The Fed Ex package was sent with the same letter and it was not addressed ( as to have a solution to some of the problems.) Now hopefully since I been written off, I need to warn other customers to BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. I would not like anyone else to go thru what I did with I90 RV and Auto Super Center in Rapid City, SD. Believe me, there are others probably better to deal with in that area then them.
