My experience with auto advantage was a very comfortable one. I am a first time buyer and really did not have a high credit. When we drove up though, there was a gentleman by the name of Jason and he was very kind and listened to me about what needs I wanted in a vehicle. I also told him exactly the price I was willing to pay out. Instead of trying to push me into a more expensive vehicle he directed me to a vehicle that fit everything I needed. The financial advisor Laura was amazing as well. Since I did not have any revolving credit when one financial institute denied she got on the phone until she found one that would accept. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly as if you were talking to family and there was no push as if you were dealing with an actual 'car salesman'. It was more like.....what is important to you was important to them.'

VERY horrible business owners. We bought a jeep that we were wanting to use as a fun vehicle. After asking multiple times if the car had been in any accidents and being assured that it hadn't been, we decided to buy it. When we test drove it, the jeep had barley any gas so we were not able to go far, we still bought the jeep (bad idea). The man who sold us the car tried his hardest to get us in and out of there as fast as he could. Come summer time, we tried to take the doors of and little to our knowledge, they were rusted on. Another $300 in repairs. On top of that, the jeep shortly got the "death wobble". Which would cost at least $3000 to fix. we decided to trade the vehicle in and come to find out, the vehicle was in an accident. Imagine that! Obviously it lowered the value of the vehicle. We were also suppose to be given a check back for our insurance and were told it would arrive in 30 days. After calling the business multiple times, I finally spoke with the owner who was VERY rude. He stated he was "tired of dealing with us" and that we could "deal with the issue on our own". The owner hung up on me and later had an assistant call back. HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER. We were just happy to get the "lemon" off of our hands! Looks like we are not the only ones with a problem from this "business". BUYER BEWARE. Would not reccomend to my worst enemy.

WOW!! What can I say about Auto Advantage? They are the most honest and trust worthy people I have every met. They helped me through everything and got me into my dream car! Laura Lawless was the kindest person and helped me get financed! They call her the Goddess of Finance! My salesmen Stetson was the sweetest and funniest guy ever. He made the car buying experience simple and fun!! I wish I could give 10 stars because it is nice to know that there is great local dealerships that care about you and make you feel like family! I will be buying all my vehicles from there no doubt about it!!

WOW! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Auto Advantage is a such a wonderful dealership, there is no doubt about that! I will never buy from another car dealership due to such outstanding service. Not only do they have the BEST prices and cars in town, everyone is very honest and trustworthy. Vehicles are already under book value, while being in great condition, making the sale a affordable and comforting process for anyone looking for a car! Nancy and Swede both do a wonderful job as owners, making sure you have a great experience. All of the car salesmen go above and beyond in making sure that you find EXACTLY what you are looking for, for the price range you are in. Also, Laura, I believe they call her the 'Godess of Finance' is such a wonderful lady, she did an amazing job with explaining everything that we had questions about. Thank you for such great service!! :)

Just bought a 2011 Ford F150 from them.  Great to work with..  I worked with about everyone there.  From salesman Stetson he got me through all my questions. Note I was buying this from 6.5 hours away un seen.  Next I got to deal with Tommy the sales manager to work out the details of the negotiation.  They then switched me to Laura the finance Queen she asked what she had to beat.  I told her and she got it done for me.  Finally the owner Swed and I Finalized our agreement and he arranged for them to meet me halfway so I wouldn't have to drive 6.5 hrs to get it. guy by the name of Marty came through with the delivery.  All and all I was treated very well and the Truck was just like they described.  Thank you..
