Great boutique gym for those who don't care for the big box gym atmosphere.   The owner Cornell is a knowledgeable trainer who will whip you into shape.

The "I Am Fitness" center is just beautiful! It also has all that you need to get healthy and train at whatever pace you need or want. Cornell is one the most caring and dependable people I have ever met. I highly recommend you check it out!

Cornell and the gym are fantastic! He truly cares about you and your goals, and he fosters such a positive environment. The gym is modest and comfortable; it has everything you need to keep things fresh and mix it up. I definitely recommend I Am Fitness to those who have any interest in personal training or small group training.
