I'm so pleased the the wonderful experience I had at i do i do!!! I think as a bride, finding "the dress" is the most important part of the whole wedding planning experience, and finding a bridal shop that gives you the best experience is just as important. I worked the Leia, the owner and she was amazing!!! She made me and my family feel very welcomed to her beautiful bridal shop. Not only was she awesome to work with ( and patient ), her staff was just as friendly and helpful as well! She really knew how to make the experience of picking "the dress" seamless, fun and enjoyable. I was definitely planning to stick to my budget and she did just that! She was very attentive, extremely knowledgeable and overall it was a fantastic experience. So glad I said "i do i do " to the dress and would highly recommended anyone to go see this amazing store!

Tracy was absolutely amazing when I was trying on wedding dresses. The rest of the service, not so much. They ordered the wrong dress size for me and gave me wrinkled dress (the dress is supposed to be steamed and packaged but when I arrived on time for my appointment, my dress was not ready and I had to wait 35 minutes for them to get it out of storage even though I confirmed my appointment. A lady who walked in while I was waiting for my dress had hers hanging up waiting for her). The co-owner gave excuses for the wrong dress size and finally said that they just tried to take whatever they could get because my wedding was within a month (it was within 6 months). I don't understand how that whole fiasco happened (because the co-owner wouldn't tell me), but the co-owner was very rude. I gave this store 3 stars because Tracy made the actual dress shopping experience absolutely perfect, which was important to me. At other stores, I didn't enjoy trying on the dresses because of bad dress consultants. I do...I do...PRICE-MATCHES if you find the dress cheaper at another store, and try to make an appointment when you are basically the only person there, otherwise you will have to wait a half hour. For an over-priced store with okay service, I bought my dress there because of Tracy. I cannot reiterate enough how amazing she is! If it is your first time trying on Wedding gowns, I definitely recommend this store. You will have a great time (ask for Tracy) and if you find the dress, you can decide if you want to buy it there or somewhere else. Also, I did not have the dress fitted at the store- that is optional.

I really enjoyed my private shopping session. Tracy was very helpful and made sure I was trying on dresses that I wanted and wasn't being influenced by those I brought. She emailed me my pictures within an hour and took my measurements ahead of time even though I didn't buy the dress on spot. She was awesome.

Good selection of dresses, but the woman tending to us had a bit of an attitude. She dismissed others ideas/ input and looked as though she was trying to just get through the appointment quickly. I don't recommend this place if you really want a great first experience.

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience at i do i do. I visited several bridal shops when looking for my wedding dress, including Kleinfeld, but when I visited i do i do, I knew it was where I wanted to buy my dress. My first appointment was on a Thursday morning with Mary. After some awful experiences at other shops, I was beyond grateful to work with someone like Mary. She made me feel super comfortable and like she genuinely cared about helping me find a dress I'd love. She pulled multiple dresses for me and the best part about this place is that you can take as many photos in the dresses as you want (they even take photos of you in each dress on their iPad to email to you at the end of your appointment.) Most other places do not allow any photos which makes it hard to make a decision after you leave since you can't possibly remember exactly how you looked in every gown you tried on. My second appointment was also with Mary and it was on a Saturday afternoon. It was obviously much busier this time but I didn't feel rushed at all. I wound up choosing my dress that day! My fittings went smoothly all thanks to the seamstress I worked with, Jackie. I lost weight by my second fitting, my dress was tight by my third and I wanted to change my bustle. I'm pretty shy and didn't want to seem difficult but she could tell everytime there was something I wasn't happy with and helped me speak up. She truly wanted me to be happy with my dress and I couldn't be more grateful. When I finally picked up my dress, it was perfect. I would highly recommend i do i do to all brides to be!
