A few of the suits came in late for our wedding and my husbands second jacket never came in at all. Scott also kept our deposit stating that we brought the suits back days later when in fact we brought the suits back 1 day later even though they came in a day late initially. Very unhappy after Scott came up with excuse after excuse to keep our deposit.

My fiancé and I went to several places to shop for tuxes, and none came close to the service we had at Tuxton. Scott brought in special order tuxes to try on which I couldn't find at any other store. It really helped us choose the exact look we wanted. Scott was very helpful, and all the guys looked great on our wedding day.

We had a great experience with Scott and Tuxton for our wedding. The tuxes all looked great and fit everyone perfectly. The best part was that Scott picked up the tuxes for all the guys at the hotel we stayed at the morning after the wedding so none of the guys had to return them at another time. It made the process very easy!

Rented a tux and shoes for prom and the shoes completely fell apart (the sole peeled off). The guy's making me jump through all kinds of hoops for a refund. Terrible service. Find another place to rent your tuxedos.
